1-1 Coaching

3-6 months full written program delivery: fitness program, breathwork practices, nutrition & lifestyle habits you can incorporate into your daily routine to feel your best

    • Personalised training program - tailored to your unique goals, lifestyle and preferences

    • Personalised nutrition program - using wholesome, nutritious meals that will help reach your goals while keeping your hormones, gut and body happy

    • Access to an app, where everything will be logged and make the program easy to follow

    • Bi-Weekly Zoom Call

    • Daily WhatsApp support and Check-Ins

    • Optional Virtual or in person PT Session

  • As your coach, I'll work with you to create a holistic plan that fits your unique needs, preferences, and goals. We'll not only transform your body but hopefully also empower your mind and improve your wellbeing as a whole.

    By working with me 1-1;  I will deliver an in-depth program suited to your goals and needs, you’ll have access to a Zoom call every other week, check-ins, see how the program is going, if anything needs changing, and or break through possible barriers that have been coming up

    Once a month, we can do a PT session - you can come in person to Dorset or do it on a zoom call, to talk through new exercises, or when you just need a little more motivation.

Equestrian Athlete Specific Coaching

    • Personalised nutrition program - using wholesome, nutritious meals that will help reach your goals while keeping your hormones, gut and body happy. Meal prep ideas ahead of competitions or equestrian training days

    • Access to an app, where everything will be logged and make the program easy to follow

    • Bi-Weekly Zoom Call

    • Daily WhatsApp support and Check-Ins

    • Virtual or in person PT Session

AdaptXplore Weekend Retreat

Join me for a weekend of Adapting to the environment and Exploring your limits at our Dorset HQ. Whether you want to try cold and heat exposure for the first time, move your body in every way, or you just need a complete reset, we welcome you with open arms.
