My fitness journey began as a personal commitment to a longer, healthier life, enhancing my performance and supporting my competitive career. Along the way, it culminated into an unhealthy phase of overtraining, undereating, and gut issues. Through years of trial and error, I've discovered my happy place, embracing and celebrating my body for what it can do.
Throughout the years, I’ve employed diverse training styles to support my goals and tackle life's challenges.
Whether it's functional strength training, cardiovascular exercises, strength & conditioning, mobility work, HIIT, or low-impact bodyweight training—I engage in it all, training intelligently and in harmony with my body, and helping you do the same.
