I'm Tamara, a dedicated Women’s Health & Performance coach, passionate about empowering women to let go of extremes and old conditioning, embrace their unique biology and achieve a healthier, stronger, and more joyful life.
My fitness journey started as a personal commitment to living longer, feeling stronger, and excelling in my competitive career. However, like many women, I faced challenges that stemmed from not understanding the unique needs of my body: chasing skinny, overtraining, undereating, which created a host of gut and hormone issues, and ultimately leading to RED-s, and then burnout.
Through years of learning and self-discovery, I’ve found my balance, learning to work with my body, not against it. I am the strongest, fittest and healthiest I’ve ever been. I am deeply committed to helping other women discover their own strength and well-being by understanding and embracing their individual needs.
My mission:
I help driven women who feel stuck in burnout, body frustration, and nervous-system overload after years of pushing, overtraining, under-recovering, and overriding their bodies.
These women are hardworking, and deeply committed to feeling better, but their body has stopped responding because their biology no longer feels safe.
I rebuild their internal operating system through hormones, nervous system regulation, gut health, training, lifestyle, and identity; so results become sustainable, calm becomes normal, and self-trust replaces self-sabotage.
