I'm Tamara, a dedicated Personal Trainer and Online Coach, passionate about empowering women to embrace their unique biology and achieve a healthier, stronger, and more joyful life.
My fitness journey started as a personal commitment to living longer, feeling stronger, and excelling in my competitive career. However, like many women, I faced challenges that stemmed from not understanding the unique needs of my body—overtraining, undereating, and gut health issues took their toll.
Through years of learning and self-discovery, I’ve found my balance, learning to work with my body, not against it. I now celebrate what my body can do and am committed to helping other women discover their own strength and well-being by understanding and embracing their individual needs.
I help individuals with their own health and fitness to reach their goals and full potential, helping them build confidence and consistency with their daily habits.
